Hotel location very good, walking distance to complex, attraction and food! Room very clean but the hot water pressure very weak not sure because we stay at top floor. Check in has some issue as I had paid on trip.com but they ask me to pay again, and after made payment, I checked trip.com and my bank account it been paid when I booked and after some verification, they waive the charger on my credit card.

First time try this hotel, location of the hotel was good, strategic area, in the middle of 2 shopping malls, and also near to A2 food court.
Counter staff was friendly, room is clean, basic amenities provided, but the shower heater is not working, is not hot enough, this is the only defect, overall is good.

Concierge was friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean. The hotel breakfast was decent. However, water heater was intermittently working and towels looked worn out. Location was ideal to walk around to nearby attractions. There’s hotel perks of 15% discount when going for a nearby massage.

This hotel is my favorite hotel because of the location having all the things that l like . Only wish that hotel can have more promotion price because now ferry price is too x .

Booked on behalf for my friends (requested 2 single beds, smoking room). Was told that the room was not available and trip.com have informed us (we are not informed)!
In the end, they squeeze one room for them. Non-smoking room and a queen size bed. No choice have to accept it right?
Their breakfast selection not very fantastic though.
