I had a bad experience during my stay. I booked two Triple Deluxe Rooms under my name — one through Agoda and the other through Trip.com. Upon check-in at 3pm, I provided six passports and was told we would be given connecting rooms, but one room was not ready and would be available in the next 30 minutes. That was fine with us, and all six of us went up to Room 1228.
However, when we entered, it was a Double Room with only one bed. We immediately went back to the reception to ask why we were given a Double instead of a Triple Room. The staff said they would add an extra bed, but I made it clear that I expected a proper Triple Room with one double bed and one single bed, as shown in the booking. If I had known it was an add-on bed arrangement, I would not have booked this hotel. Only after my feedback did they change our room to 1718, which we were satisfied with.
At around 3:45pm, three of us went down to collect the key for the second room, but were told it was still not ready. When I asked when it would be available, the staff replied they were not sure — maybe another hour. I was very disappointed. It was already close to 4pm and the room should have been ready by now. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and only then did they suddenly say the room was ready, and gave us Room 1716. It left me questioning the service quality of the hotel.
On Day 2, after returning from a half-day trip around 6pm, none of our room cards worked at the lift. Both rooms’ cards were invalid. We had no choice but to go back to the reception and were told it was a card error. New cards were reissued to us.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience for me, and I would not recommend this hotel. Service and room arrangements were not up to standard.
