We booked a triple room for ourselves. The room is spacious and has a balcony too. We were allocated a room on the 9th floor which gives us a good view of Batam city. It would be better to get a room on a higher level as the noise from the vehicles passing by the main road can be disturbing at night.
The swimming pool, gym, sauna room and steam bath room are also great for relaxation.
Planet Holiday hotel is located nearby to Nagoya Mall and Grand Batam Mall. The hotel also provides shuttle bus services to the malls during Fridays and Saturdays. Traveling around Batam Island is convenient using Grab car service.
The breakfast spread is also reasonably good.

Very clean and near to almost every mall in batam. Staff also very accomodating and the breakfast is great. Our room also have a bath tub . Overall really good place to stay. Thank you.

I arrived early at 1030am and went to the reception. Fortunately room was available on the lower floors which I don’t mind. Check in was fast, staff were friendly. The room was huge with all the amenities and a huge bathtub with a strong and hot shower. Bed was comfortable with 4 huge pillows. Safe and fridge in the room which was carpeted. Swimming pool was big with a well equipped gym. My first stay here and will definitely be back.

Very spacious room.. variety of food during breakfast.. near to nagoya hill mall.. really recommend this hotel..near to harbour bay (1.8km)

Nice friendly staff.
Clean room and nice towels.
I ask for a change of room and they accomodate my request.
