Cosy Room yet an awesome Hotel.
Rooftop Breakfast Buffet was awesomely delicious, varieties to spreads, indoor & outdoor view of the sea, city.

The room is in good condition but the breakfast is just so so. If you're a food hunter, suggest you to go out and eat instead

Near to Batam Center which can be easy access to ferry service to Johor and Singapore. Hotel roof top restaurant have a nice view

Hotel was close to the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, about 5 minutes walk away. Close to Mega Shopping Mall which is right next to ferry terminal. Hotel was rather new in condition, bed was comfy, breakfast was great!

Disappointed, went to bfast to crowded and waitress ask to come bck must list the name,wait under waiting list this is very bad never come across have this kind of hotel and service,went they allowed to have bfast everything is finish food all emty haven topup...very2 Disappointed...

Deluxe Executive Room has nice seaview. Their buffet breakfast is really yummy. Definitely will book this hotel again.

Close to ferry terminal. Clean room. Room sound proving is poor. Can hear noises from next room and bikes from the street. Breakfast spread more for locals. Need to have more choices for foreigners.
