The hotel is very dirty on the floor, walls and tables. It seems very gloomy and doesn't maintain well for years. Hotel also does not have baggage deposit service if you reach there early, and strictly does not allow any free time extension of checkout unlike other hotels.

Safe environment, it’s good to stay for solo travellers. All of the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Overall experience was good.Three issues were taken care by Service promptly (TV signal,Hot water kettle,Toilet paper roll).Internet was weak and room was noisy in the evening due to some celebration in the adjacent next property.

Aircon not cool ..WiFi so slow,mintak Sejadah 2x Utk solat ,ampun dia ckp nk hantar ..sampai Esok tak hantar ..servis not good …Lambat 40minit tak nk pulang deposit ,tunggu liff nk Trun sit Setengah jam aku haaaaa laaa…first n last check in here…better Hana hotel lh is the best ..

as solo travelers i can say that this hotel is one of the hotel that you can choose if you want to stay there and have the best time and experience of any hotel you choose and you will have a good time.

Hotel is too old. Very bad experience. No cleanliness in all area of the room. Toilet seat broken. Tower are not clean, smell very bad. No sound proof. Not recommend for solo, family, etc.
