Bath water not clean. Bath got sound. Room very small. Stayed 1 night. Don’t expect much from it. Have stayed in better hotel in Batam before. Batam ferry and foods photos taken.

Need to change the food for breakfast. Or maybe add something new. Need to be strict when it comes to the use of pool. Most of the people swimming are not in their proper swimwear

I had a fantastic stay at Sahid Hotel Batam! The facilities are top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The service truly stood out — the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel amenities, including the pool and dining options, were excellent, providing a perfect balance of luxury and convenience.

The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.

The staff was very friendly and nice. I stayed for one night, but I was not very satisfied with the facilities. The rooftop and Skybar were closed, the television only provided local channels, and the complimentary breakfast was not great either. Overall, while the staff were wonderful, I found the experience lacking due to the facilities.

That one in booked superior room, room at old building beside the main lobby. Although a bit old, but quite clean.
