In the middle of nature, forest and valley all around. Lot of birds and very good location if you are into bird watching. But not that great a location if you are looking for activities for children’s or night life. Those are very far away from this place. Very limited food options in the cafe behind the hotel.

Since the original building is old and the location is in the mountains, there were lots of geckos, lizards, and insects in the room.

I'm so glad that I chose this hotel when I came to Subic for the first time. The staff is very friendly and always greets me with a smile! They will help solve problems when we encounter them. This trip happened on Taiwan’s New Year’s Eve, and they even provided a beautiful dining area for us to use! Thank you so much! Having breakfast by the pool is very special! Breakfast is also delicious!

I heard bad stuff about this Hotel which made me very worried so I asked if we could refund our deposit. Since i was too busy to look for another hotel at short notice, we decided to stay with them. We booked the family suite and 2 Queen Rooms to accommodate 14 pax. There was ample space and we enjoyed the place a lot. There were details we didn't expect and their service team was always more than willing to help. However, the place is a bit off where the action is, it would be a little difficult if you don't bring a vehicle (SBMA taxis are quite pricey too) but it was not a problem for us since we drove there. We will definitely stay here should we visit SBMA again.

Service: Staff was really nice, accommodating and gives prompt response. 5-star service!! Rooms: Booked 3 rooms, 2 Queen Rooms, and 1 double Queen....and they are huge, double queen is good for 4 pax, and an extra bed is no problem, still has enough space. The t&b is also clean and they provide towels, soap, and even linen and pillow mist. Food: Rooms come with free bfast, not buffet, but totally decent and is served by the pool area. Amenities: Free flowing coffee by the lobby is my favorite. Pool is huge and clean, and it has a playground also for kids. Board games are also available and also bike rentals. I regret not bringing my running shoes as the area is really nice for a morning run! Overall: If you're looking for a clean, quiet and nice place to stay for the night in subic, this is the place to be. Will surely be back here again!

Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommended! We celebrated my son’s birthday here and were absolutely delighted with the experience. I requested a small setup for my son, and the staff went above and beyond. They prepared beautiful decorations, a personalized birthday banner, and even a special greeting on the TV. It made our day incredibly special and memorable. Thank you for the exceptional service! Friendly Staff, Excellent service and wide pool! We booked Emerald Manor Hotel after I read reviews and the reviews are right, staff are friendly, they greet everyone with a smile. I think this is also important. Filipinos are known for their hospitality and beautiful smile. It made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Whenever we ask something from the housekeeping, they provided us with a speedy service. The pool is also large and wide, perfect for families. My 3yrs old enjoy the pool as well as my family. We booked the Family room and it was large. We were thinking of booking the family suite but it was already booked out but the family room is also good so we are happy. The complimentary coffee at the reception area is also good and the reception staff mentioned it to us which makes it better while we wait. The included breakfast is also delicious and serving is good. I would definitely recommend this especially for families.
