Picked because price for weekend stay in Bilbao was much more expensive. We went for football it took 15 mins on metro and was easy to use, cheap and all easily navigated. Hotel was clean a nice balcony and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. If you want loads of frills and fancy stuff pay to stay in Bilbao but this was a great choice for us.Ariz-was the stop onthe metro and was a vibrant place on the weekend with a real good atmosphere and lots of choice for quick bite to eat and drink.2 mins walk from hotel

A las 11.20 h aparece la señora de la limpieza y entra sin llamar. A las 11.40 h nos llama la recepcionista para comunicarnos que a las 12.00h tenemos que abandonar la habitación, ni que fuesemos tontos. Sabemos perfectamente la hora que hay que abandonar la habitación. Somos clientes y muy descontentos con el trato recibido.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido mala. Fundamentalmente por una deficiente atención y servicio del personal Hay detalles que son muy fáciles de arreglar cuando se tiene buena intención y profesionalidad. No ha sido el caso. Hemos permanecido dos noches ocupando varias habitaciones y desde el momento de la llegada, tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para que nos hicieran el chekin. Tras reservar y pagar con un mes de antelación no les aparecía ducha reserva. Incluso tuvimos que justificarlo con copia del mismo. Por cierto, sin una disculpa en ningún momento. Tras esa otras varias, una habitación sin limpiarla en todo el día, falta de papel y otros útiles de baño...y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Para que no parezca que es simplemente una "rabieta" destacar unas buenas toallas y las sábanas y ropa de cama. No recomendable.

El hotel muy cómodo, quería destacar la amabilidad de las chicas de la recepción y de la chica del servicio de limpieza, fuimos con nuestra perrita y nos dieron todas las facilidades del mundo, además de ser majísimas, gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa, está al lado de una senda fluvial muy bonita para caminar al lado del río.
