Ctrip’s customer service has been very enthusiastic and effective in helping us respond to the hotel, but the hotel has been shirking responsibility and saying that 9:30-16:30 is the renovation time. They have stated it on the website but have avoided talking about it. We already heard the noise problem at 9 o'clock and refused to give any compensation. This service attitude is unacceptable. As guests, we understand that hotel renovations will create a certain amount of noise, but the noise they made this morning has reached an unbearable and even neurasthenic level. I can't help but wonder if the hotel is still selling such a room under such circumstances. An act of irresponsibility? I will not stay in a hotel like this a second time. Our one night stay at the Kingdom Hotel was the worst and most disappointing experience I have ever had. I will never stay there again.
