VERY UPSETTING. We never stayed there. We canceled the overnight when we got there and couldn't even get in our first room. Then walking around the massive building to get back to the front desk, my son felt very unsafe by the other guests. Then they gave us an alternate room that the heat and air didn't function in. They returned our "security deposit" (which in itself is a red flag) and said they would let TRIP.com know about the cancellation.

Beds are hard and the room was cold I hade the heat on and it only got 58 in the room blankets are very thin. And no ice machine

When we checked in, we were told there was not a room available on the 1st floor, there was maybe 4 cars in the parking lot, we were put on the THIRD floor and the elevator was broke! Shower curtain would not stay closed, USB port on the lamp didn’t work, towels super thin, landscaping was grown up, motel was very dirty.

we had a very clean pet friendly room. No carpet, nice flooring. clean white bedding. comfortable bed. We really had no problem with the room or area at all. parking lot very well lit. the price was great !! friendly person at desk. we travel enough to know what we will tolerate, and this Motel 6 did just fine, No Worry's. Stayed in worse places but it could be a lot better. The hall and stair carpets are pretty gross. The ice machine seems sketchy, it's an open ice machine not a button type, you open the door and use a scoop for your ice and it was pretty much empty. The room was ok, it was clean and comfortable temp. The bed was firm, it was quiet for the most part. I got there at 2pm and they wanted to charge me for early check in so I Ieft and went back at 3. Overall it was an ok stay.

Have stayed here when it was the Day Inn and liked it but NEVER AGAIN. I had a horrible experience with the rude front-desk clerk. You think the manager would be better and understanding that is not true sadly. They have lost a customer.
