Adorable Gun Lake Cottage

Welcome to this quaint 660 sq ft cottage on the 2,680 acre Gun Lake. Memories are to be made on this all sports lake with 5,200 acres of trails nearby at Yankee Springs Recreation Area. The main level is a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry & living area with a queen size Murphy bed in the living area. Upstairs in the loft are 2 twin beds & a full bed. No actual bedrooms. Upstairs balcony overlooks the lake. Outside you have access to 2 adult kayaks, 2 child kayaks, & a stand up paddleboard. Guest access The covered patio has a patio table with seating for 6 as well as a gas grill. Feel free to use the sporting equipment that includes yard games, basketball hoop, kayaks, and a paddle board (Life Jackets are supplied). You are allowed to dock your boat at our dock directly behind the house free of charge. There are plenty of boat rentals in the area as well. You will find multiple board games for those rare rainy days as well as internet for streaming Netflix, Hulu .... etc There is a firepit and plenty of wood available for fires by the lake. Marshmallow roasters and pie makers available to use. Other things to note All linens and pillows included. Laundry soap and essential toiletries are also supplied. Beach towels are supplied. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, as well as a coffee pot.
