Staff were very friendly, empathic and helpful, the hotel was clean and it was warm. (im an Aussie that stayed after a very hot summer in Australia lol). I enjoyed the complementary biscoff bickies that went with the tea and coffee. The Wifi was good and free.

This is a great little hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Ideal for access to the shipyard, free parking and close to local restaurants and supermarkets. Recommended.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel. Nice and clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff were very polite and professional with good knowledge of the local area. I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Well, the hotel itself is fantastic, staff are brilliant. Very clean, quiet and COULD have been an enjoyable stay. My partner booked our room for a short break/my work. We are disappointed that we couldn't open our room window because of the stench of a dirty burger van called Webber's outside in the car park. It stank our room out if we opened the window. We could not park our car as the car park was full of customers at the burger van. We will not be returning to this hotel again. Such a disappointment!

I Loved my stay with fab staff to greet you, great recommendations for food and a lovely clean room and yes a great en-suite. Walking distance into town a car park on site. Really recommend this hotel

Have stayed here a few times now while visiting family in barrow, great communication from the manager for a contactless check in. Lovely clean rooms, great walk in shower, large tv in room, USB charging points, great parking and close to everything you need. Worth mentioning I last stayed on a Friday night and wasn't disturbed by the noise of a Friday night in barrow!

We booked at last minute and for the price we paid, it’s worth a lot more than we paid. The room was spotless. Even the glass in the shower was crystal clear. And for once proper tea and coffee instead of cheap variety and even biscoff biscuits to go with. This is on our list for whenever we need a few nights away and already recommended to friends.
