We have been staying at this Premier Inn since it opened to visit family, but it is getting well past its best. Air conditioning. We spoke to reception twice and it still didn't get fixed. In one room the air conditioning didn't work at all, so we were eventually given a fan. In the second room, the air conditioning was on full blast but the control screen was blank and wouldn't turn on, so we couldn't turn the air conditioning off, leading to a cold and noisy night for one of us. WiFi. The WiFi didn't work for any of us at all. Even when we attempted to connect to the premium (which for basic browsing we shouldn't need to) it still didn't work. Smell. The room had a strange, musty, chemically smell which stuck to our clothes. There was nobody on reception to report these things to as we left, which was frustrating.
