Very good location, central with parking, but the apartment is very deteriorated, especially furniture and bathrooms. Poor value for money Well-equipped kitchen but everything very damaged, very old living room and bedroom furniture. Bathrooms in poor condition. All this made the stay inside the apartment not very pleasant.

Old, small, dirty apartment, full of damage. Old bathrooms and kitchen with water outlets everywhere. 1960's fridge. All pretty gross. Also the area is deceptive. The photographs do not correspond at all with the reality of the accommodation.

The location is magnificent, the attention is very good and the ease of being able to park at the door is greatly appreciated. The apartments are very clean but seriously outdated and not very comfortable or welcoming. The rooms are very small, with almost toy beds and there is hardly any place to move or put things. Everything is very old, they need an urgent face lift. It's a shame because, if they were a little more careful, it would be difficult to find fault with them.

Tienen la mejor ubicación posible, junto al Paseode San Pedro, a 100 metros de la playa del Sablon y a 5 min andando del centro de Llanes, tienen plaza de parking, que en Llanes no es poca cosa… Pero necesitan una reforma (hay algunos reformados, pero la mayoría no) los baños son muy muy viejos, el mobiliario es de los 90… La cocina es correcta sin más, y las camas tienen buenos colchones. Las toallas son pequeñas y antiguas. La encargada o propietaria es muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que necesites.

En el siglo XXI una de las cosas que necesitas es conexión wifi en tu casa (o tu apartamento de vacaciones). Anuncian wifi gratuita...pero debes salir al jardín (y mejor si te aproximas al repetidor) para conseguirla. Increíble.
