We stayed at Vila Aty during New Year's Eve, it was a pleasant experience, the hotel has a comfortable structure, the rooms are good, clean and the staff are friendly in general. It's not a team trained in hospitality but they have a natural friendliness. However, I would like to highlight some points for improvement that would make the experience much better: 1. There really needed to be more transfer options during the day and note, the times are limited and it is worth mentioning that the hotel is a little further away from the "center" of Atins, so we depend a lot on the transfer. For example, if you want to go to the beach, in the Kite Surfing region, you either go at 9:30 or 11 am and return at 1:30 pm or just 4:30 pm, there are no intermediate options, especially for the return journey. The same happens at night; 2. The hotel restaurant is outsourced, so every day you need to close the bill, I think it would be better to integrate to close the entire bill at the end. Not to mention that we don't sign anything every time we order something, so when it's time to check, you either trust it or you write down what you consumed in part so you can match the orders; 3. Still about the restaurant, the food is very good, the breakfast is great and pleasant and the afternoon cake is a very nice treat. But, as a complement, it would be great if the menu had snack options because we don't always want an elaborate dish or snack. So having a burger, some lighter sandwiches, tapioca, fruit salad and coconut water would be great; 4. Finally, I don't know if it was a one-off, but all the TVs in the hotel weren't working. According to an employee, Sky was not working due to lack of payment (??) and free-to-air TV, via antenna, was also not working. So it was either Youtube or streaming. Anyway, it wasn't that much of a problem, but for a hotel with this daily rate, the TV should at least be working. These are suggestions for improvements, but the experience was pleasant and we recommend it.
