Sono stato in questo residence per 4 giorni e ho trovato una casa accogliente, pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. L'unica nota negativa è l'assenza di Wifi e la mancanza di fornitura asciugamani e lenzuola. Comunque lo consiglio perché mi sono trovato bene.

Una struttura serena, solare e accogliente. Non manca nulla all interno e lo spazio esterno è meraviglioso. Gestita da persone deliziose Il paese offre tutto nel suo piccolino. Noi abbiamo preso l appartamento vista lago e non ce lo immaginavamo così meraviglioso.

Per avendo un prezzo estremamente conveniente, questo residence si è dimostrato perfetto per la nostra esigenza. Coppia con figlia e cane al seguito, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le istruzioni via SMS e mail il giorno prima. Abbiamo contattato la signora addetta al check in che gentilmente ci ha aperto il cancello che porta al parcheggio con posto assegnato. I giardini sono molto curati e ricchi di piante e fiori. Ci ha mostrato l'appartamento a cui non mancava nulla ( se non un cavatappi ). Era caldo ed accogliente con magnifica vista lago. A 100 metri si raggiunge il centro storico di Barrea, a 5 minuti di macchina Villetta Barrea o Civitella Alfedena. Il giorno della partenza nel giardino confinante c'erano 2 bei cervi che abbiamo potuto fotografare a pochi cm di distanza. Carino anche il terrazzino dove rilassarsi un po'.
