Que experiencia tan horrible pasé con mi familia, escaleras en mal estado peligrosas para su uso, la señora recepcionista muy grosera y prepotente se llama Mariluz, mal aseado el lugar en especial los baños, los aires no funcionan bien ni el control de los televisores. La comida del restaurante muy pésimo, la verdad que horrible lugar no recomiendo ir

Instalaciones en pésimas condiciones, puertas malas que no cierran, camas sucias, colchones rotos manchados, baños pésimos, habitación sin TV, toallas manchadas, pésima atención, no hay una zona para trabajar y en el comedor no hay ni ventilador.

habitación desastrosa , sabanas almohadas y baño sucio de fluidos corporales,que ya estaban secos de no ser limpiados, la atención pésima, tanto que hasta nos trataron mal luego que regresamos a recuperar unos cargadores que habíamos dejado olvidados y que admitieron en un principio tener y haberlos guardado, pero luego decidieron no entregarlos en respuesta a nuestra review en booking en el cual expresamos muy vagamente las pésimas condiciones de su servicio, tanta es la indignacion que estamos llevando el caso ante la SIC, por favor NO SE ALOJEN AHI , NO ENTREGAN LA LLAVE ATIENDEN MUY MAL, ES SUCIO Y TE ROBAN
