Not recommended, stay from February 8 to 14, room 102, upon arrival they say that someone did not respect the schedule and that I must be in a single bed while the room that I had previously paid for is enabled, in the room, torn sheets and towels, The TV never worked even though it was reported to reception, they were constantly hammering in the next room doing repairs, when asking to let them sleep, the response from reception was: “they are just changing some lamps” waitresses open the door without announcing themselves first (they say the room was available) in general terrible service for a room that cost $700,000 cop per night on Carnival days.

We asked for 2 room keys...NO only one per room, no more battery for the safe so it cannot be used and at the reception they look at you like extraterrestrials, for the shower it is better to like very lukewarm water because the hot water is like welcome....non-existent In short, to be avoided at all costs
