Very nice hotel, I rely on taxis to avoid driving in Barranquilla, driving is a different ballgame there. I had a hard time getting a cab to pick me up whenever I needed one, the waiting were too long.

The hotel is located in a new building surrounded by new buildings. It is very close to supermarkets and shopping malls. There are actually two Chinese fast food restaurants in the nearby shopping malls. The taste is just so-so.
The hotel still does not have an electric kettle.
One thing I don’t like is that it was originally a buffet breakfast, but the waiter was too enthusiastic and didn’t let me do it myself. He would help you serve whatever you like.

Terrible service. I stayed one night with a friend who came from Chile and they charged me double... I had to call several days to resolve.
In the end they gave me back part in money and part in points (Which is not fair).
I clarify that an official damages the entire name of a hotel and the customer experience.
