Newly Renovated One Bedroom Cottage with Living Room, full kitchen, and bathroom. It is approximately 600 sf.I have recently purchased this cottage and have renovated the Living Room with beautiful vaulted ceilings. I have opened up the kitchen with a half wall and a peninsula to create an open floorplan. For high season I am requiring a 7 night stay with check in and check out on Saturdays. Linens are not included. The Bedroom has a Full Bed and a Twin Bed... and the Living room has a pull out sleep sofa. Perfect for a couple or an individual looking to relax and reboot. It also would accommodate a family of three or four and even two couples (if you don't mind a pull out sofa). The retro bathroom (circa 1950) has a full tub/shower. There is an outdoor shower as well. Speaking of outside, there is a front deck where my guests like to hang out, have a cocktail and watch the sunset.
