I recently stayed at this hotel and it was simply amazing! The room was impeccably clean, giving me a cozy and comfortable feeling that made it feel like home. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience. Can't wait to go back!

The room is clean and hygienic. The facilities are complete. The environment is elegant and quiet. The transportation is convenient. There are bus stops and train stations within a short walk. The service attitude is very good. The boss is very enthusiastic. It's worth a visit.

Such a Great Location & the Staff is Amazing! It’s located right next to Kings Cross & Coal Drop Yards which is convenient. Check in is simple & they even let you leave your luggage for free if you get their early & after your check out. The staff is so kind, to the front desk, Maintenance, Cleaning Crew & Management. I love how the beds you can change the color of the Lighting. There are plugs for your phone & a locker to store your stuff. Also a bar to hang socks or a Towel. They have a huge lounge area where you can chill or work & a kitchen. Pretty big kitchen, great way to save $ while traveling! Bathrooms are always clean & always hot water. They have events throughout the week which is great for connecting with new people. You can tell the staff is like family here & genuine souls! Definitely suggest checking out this Hostel when traveling to London! My next trip into London, I’ll definitely be staying here. 💚

Quick check in and check out, friendly staff. Smaller room than expected, was assigned the top deck which wasn’t pleasant as had to climb up and down and couldn’t sit straight due to low ceiling. Room was extremely stuffy and warm, and door was creaky. Locker was kinda broken and couldn’t be closed fully / locked, wouldn’t slide smoothly and could only drag it across the carpet floor with much difficulty. Thankfully each bed came with its own reading light and power socket. Can only say you get what you pay for, the low price was unbeatable. Suitable for backpackers for a night or two, but not for those with loads of luggage.

I have stay to Ramada hotel end I Ben very welcome with Catalina service, I recommended this hotel because them have lovely staff, end everything perfectly. Definitely will coming back very soon in this great hotel great staff great service great everything, I suggest everyone to come in this great hotel 🏨

This guesthouse was a clean budget accommodation with excellent value that I was happy to find during the weekend of the coronation with a welcoming host in an ordinary suburban house, kept spotless. Neighborhood: Coming from the USA, I was surprised to find that this was a cute British-Indian community, but it seemed to mostly have Indian restaurants nearby. The location is near the tube station, but on a slightly busy road. Queensbury Tube station in zone 4 is only a 7-min walk away. I wish I’d read the restaurant recommendations on the website, but I ended up finding the excellent fish & chips shop (Skipjacks) on my own without its help and was able to walk there in 8 min. The neighborhood in the evening didn’t feel extremely safe as I crossed over the train bridge and there was a man hiding there smoking, but it wasn’t horrible either. Room: I stayed in the family room with the private bathroom which was comfortable and immaculate, with a mini fridge, free bottled water, tea- & coffee-making facilities, and a cute view of the various back gardens. The train goes behind the house regularly, but the horns don’t sound often. I needed to wear earplugs to sleep since I like my room cold and needed the windows open. I finally had to close the windows early in the morning. There were also teens sitting on the train bridge most of the evening, screaming and laughing loudly behind the house. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well; however there was nowhere to keep my toiletries while getting ready in the morning. Other than the train noise, my only disappointment was that there was no common room to sit in other than my bedroom. The living room downstairs is private; however, I was able to store my suitcase there for the day. Overall, this was what I needed as a last-minute booking and I was rested for my meeting and long day.

Very good Hostel when travelling through London. Siissi the wonderful manager runs an efficient professional team.of friendly helpful staff. Good hospitality, clean, happy to assist . Spacious with secure lockers in the rooms. Nice atmosphere creative artistic crew . The Astor Hostels I highly recommend for safe secure pleasant stay when travel on a budget for short stays. Room and bathroom were big and fairly modern however details like towel rails and toilet roll holder in the bathroom (non-existing) and a full-sized mirror in the bedroom (only a a tiny one) had been overlooked and would have been nice. The bathroom toiletries advertised were a half empty hand wash bottle on the basin and a half empty shower gel bottle in the shower. A private kitchen was also advertised as included, not sure what they meant by private as someone was using it (I didn't), perhaps they just meant people couldn't just walk in from the street and use it. On arrival, room and bathroom weren't overly clean and there was no cleaning at all during my stay. The room was on the main road and the traffic noise went on till very late and started again very early in the morning. Really hard to sleep. An altogether disappointing experience

Great stay with a really comfy bed and attentive staff who helped out when we were checking in much earlier than stated due to a day festival. Somehow these guys must have been magicians as it was located (and our window faced onto) a student accommodation area, and you wouldn't have been able to even tell there were a load of uni students on a Saturday night there they were all so quiet! Had breakfast in the morning and all was good with that too, decent options and a nice space to have it in as well.
