I have stay to Ramada hotel end I Ben very welcome with Catalina service, I recommended this hotel because them have lovely staff, end everything perfectly. The room is very clean, the bed is very soft and comfortable, I especially like sleeping on a soft bed, the toilet is cleaned very clean from every angle, you can use it with confidence, the landlord is very enthusiastic, since I don't speak English, he patiently explained and gestured, trying his best to make me understand what he meant, my suitcase is heavy, he also helped me to take it to the 3rd floor, thank you for your hard work, I wish your business is prosperous!

This is a great find! I was stopping in London for a conference and it was nice to be able to find somewhere that was reasonably priced and had the option of parking- all a stone throw from the M1. Communication with the host was great and my room was full of amenities that you wouldn’t expect from a room for this price. The fridge was a real bonus and water/ coffee was provided in good amounts. There were free toiletries and plenty of towels etc. the bed was comfy and the option of A/C was also a nice surprise- although not needed as it was fairly cool weather. The house is close to the tube (5 min walk) and local shops and restaurants are hand. I would definitely stop again.

This guesthouse was a clean budget accommodation with excellent value that I was happy to find during the weekend of the coronation with a welcoming host in an ordinary suburban house, kept spotless. Neighborhood: Coming from the USA, I was surprised to find that this was a cute British-Indian community, but it seemed to mostly have Indian restaurants nearby. The location is near the tube station, but on a slightly busy road. Queensbury Tube station in zone 4 is only a 7-min walk away. I wish I’d read the restaurant recommendations on the website, but I ended up finding the excellent fish & chips shop (Skipjacks) on my own without its help and was able to walk there in 8 min. The neighborhood in the evening didn’t feel extremely safe as I crossed over the train bridge and there was a man hiding there smoking, but it wasn’t horrible either. Room: I stayed in the family room with the private bathroom which was comfortable and immaculate, with a mini fridge, free bottled water, tea- & coffee-making facilities, and a cute view of the various back gardens. The train goes behind the house regularly, but the horns don’t sound often. I needed to wear earplugs to sleep since I like my room cold and needed the windows open. I finally had to close the windows early in the morning. There were also teens sitting on the train bridge most of the evening, screaming and laughing loudly behind the house. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well; however there was nowhere to keep my toiletries while getting ready in the morning. Other than the train noise, my only disappointment was that there was no common room to sit in other than my bedroom. The living room downstairs is private; however, I was able to store my suitcase there for the day. Overall, this was what I needed as a last-minute booking and I was rested for my meeting and long day.

We have just come back from a 2 night stay. We chose this hotel as its a 30 minute drive from Wembley and wasn't expensive like the other hotels. We arrived 2 hours early for check in however the gentleman at reception checked us in no problem and gave us access to our room. Our room was a good size with a double bed and additional pull out sofa bed. The room was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay such as an iron, kettle, hairdryer and towels. There was even a little sign in the bathroom letting us know if we had forgotten anything just let them know. Breakfast both days was lovely with plenty of choice. It did get busy towards the end but we were advised of this on check in. We didn't get back from Wembley till 3am this morning but after a quick email to reception at half 7, they sorted out late check out so we could have a bit more sleep before our 4.5 hour journey home. The staff here work so hard and it seemed to be the same 2 faces our entire 3 day stay. I honestly don't know how they do it and keep smiling. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely return.

Very good Hostel when travelling through London. Siissi the wonderful manager runs an efficient professional team.of friendly helpful staff. Good hospitality, clean, happy to assist . Spacious with secure lockers in the rooms. Nice atmosphere creative artistic crew . The Astor Hostels I highly recommend for safe secure pleasant stay when travel on a budget for short stays. The hotel is quite dated. There is no option to open the window so no fresh air in the room. Air conditioning in the room is quite noisy so we had to turn it off for night. The sockets are quite old I would say with the strange noise when used, instead USB worked better. Bathroom is quite old the shower was partially broken. It was okay for one night stay.
