"The owner was very nice and reserved a parking space for us. The bathroom light was broken when taking a shower, and the owner immediately found someone to fix it that night.
The fly in the ointment is that our two families booked two separate rooms. After the room introduction and reservation, they did not say that they wanted to share a bathroom. This is not the goods, and it is not our original intention, because we don't mind using a little more money to live in a better hotel.
I hope Trip.com will write clearly in the future that the accommodation will not provide."

"We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative.
The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey.
The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels.
Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10
There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents.

NNichengshixuwupiaomiaodeIt is said that it was rebuilt from the monastery. The room decoration is relatively modern. The TV refrigerator is available. The room is a loft. There is a skylight and a high window. The bathroom also has a skylight. In addition to expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. After all, it is a suburb. More than 2,000, there is a Chinese restaurant opened by Hong Kong people at Hengdun Station. Highly recommended, delicious and affordable, the staff looks like a family, all are big beauty

ZZe-BWe stayed in Room 34 – I would recommend avoiding this room if possible. The corridor outside and the room above both had very squeaky floorboards, which meant we were woken early when other guests left the hotel.
On arrival, the bathroom had a very strong chemical smell. We later found out this was to mask the smell of urine that developed by day 2. Possible pipe leak below the floor?
That being said, the hotel itself has a lot going for it. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, and the free on-site parking is a big plus. I think if we had been placed on the top floor, our stay would have been much more pleasant.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. While the room itself was nice and the location superb, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly two individuals from the reception team(both was indian guys), were rude and unhelpful. Despite the hotel’s policy clearly stating that room service was available, I was told repeatedly to “come down” instead of receiving the assistance I needed. My team had booked an executive room, expecting a premium level of service, but the attitude and unwillingness to help made for an unpleasant experience. For a business traveler expecting professionalism, this fell well short. Would not recommend if you value good customer service.
