Great location, clean room, warm service at check in desk & when i called ahead to ask about parking was given a polite answer from receptionist.
Would be happy to come back & visit soon - thanks everyone for a stress free stay at hotel!

I was surprised to see bad reviews about this hotel. The hotel has so many corridors but the hotel room was clean with functioning electronic appliances like TV and small fridge. Clean bedsheets and work space is available as well. I would recommend it if you are looking for a budget friendly yet quality stay in the London area.

Location only good if this is where u want to be, which I did for family visit,
But the room was not clean, they just emptied garbage and gave a new towel really, carpet stank as never even vacuumed, very hot , and the building fire Alarm Went off if you had a steamy shower. Happened multiple times.
Aside from that it was great. lol.

The hotel was ok for the price but stinks of cigarette, walls dirty bed looks maybe not freshly made. Small but with decent amenities ok for a quick one nighter hats it

The room is very spacious, with a desk area and a lounge area. The room comes with a fridge and a kettle to make tea and coffee, however it doesn’t come with a microwave. The bed is very soft with thick quilts, but the mattress covers were dirty and so were the pillowcases. The bathroom was clean and the shower works perfectly with hot and cold water.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are too small on the second floor and there is no lift for vulnerable people.

Cute little hotel, good service and tidy place, really enjoyed our little room. The wifi was very poor in our room though. Pretty much unusable. The stairs are also steep and narrow so be prepared to carry your luggage up! I would stay here again. Easy 12 minute walk to the train station.
