I stayed at this accommodation in August 2021 and it was the worst experience of my life. Daniela cheated us with false information on the booking, was disrespectful and nothing was as expected. She deserves to be in jail. I am happy that it seems that finally *********** decided to take the property off their listings.

Camera mediocre, buia, arredata molto di risulta e decisamente inferiore alle foto che apppaiono sui siti di prenotazione (sono in molti ad "abbellire" un po' le loro foto, ma qui si esagera). Ma la cosa decisamente insopportabile è la continua richiesta di extra che hanno fatto decisamente lievitare il prezzo rispetto a quanto pubblicizzato: da 70 a 105 euro. Richieste giustificate con una inondazione di messaggi whatsapp che fanno riferimento a "regole" che in realtà sono negoziabilissime. E non mi ha mai mandato la fattura, per la quale però mi ha chiesto di pagare i due euro di marca da bollo. Unico indubbio vantaggio: la posizione centrale. Ma ci sono molte altre strutture in zona e spero che si comportino meglio. Ho valutato "scarsa" e non "pessima" perchè non vorrei che domani mi capiti qualcosa di ancora peggiore, ma questa è stata una delle mie esperienze peggiori da viaggiatore individuale frequente. Il mio consiglio: evitate.

Oplichting! Dezelfde aanbieder als CD Romanello (Mura S. Cataldo). De foto’s komen exact overeen. Proberen op slinkse manieren extra geld te laten betalen. De beschrijving klopt niet en er is geen zwembad. Er is geen tuin en geen terras. Niet boeken is mijn advies! Nadat je geboekt heb werd ik overladen met whatsapp berichten waarin staat dat ik verplicht ben om de extra dienst (bedlinnen en schoonmaak en parkeren) te betaling. Ook proberen ze tegen betaling een upgrades te verkopen. Ze blijft een hele rits berichten sturen waarin je wordt overladen met extra kosten. Toen ik besloot om erheen te lopen omdat ik liever eerst de kamer zou zien en de host werd de telefoon niet meer opgenomen. Ook moest ik betalen voor parkeren en bedlinnen en een ‘stempel?’ Terwijl zij in de eerste instantie vermelden dat dit gratis is of inbegrepen. Daarna heb ik 6 spraak berichten ontvangen waarin zei zegt dat ik eerst moet annuleren voordat ze het geld terug betaald. Absoluut geen aanrader. Bijgevoegd de foto’s waarop ik met Roze heb omcirkeld wat er vermeld wordt en daarna de screenshots van wat de host stuurde.
