The apartment has its own kitchen however there are issues here There are 2 locations so difficult to assess which location is being reviewed as they are different the unit we had was the ground floor kitchen with the basement bedroom The unit was not very well cleaned and the traffic noise in the bedroom from the street was significant This property is not suitable for a person with any degree of mobility issues On the last morning there was no hot water this was raised with the owner after we left and we were told we were wrong I can assure you we were not The kitchen equipment is inadequate and not acceptable Chipped plates Chipped cups Handles that fall off saucepans making it dangerous when using hot water Overall one might say quirky and quaint but would I stay again NO

Appartamento molto comodo per la posizione in centro con negozi di tutti i generi e spiaggia vicini. Ottimo il terrazzino dove la sera si può trovare refrigerio! Vista la posizione centrale e frequentata bisogna considerare il rumore fino a tarda sera e i parcheggi scarsi e spesso disponibili solo a pagamento, così come il fatto che trattandosi di un edificio non moderno la scala di accesso e quella interna sono ripide e il piano soppalcato risulta molto caldo. Purtroppo abbiamo notato delle mancanze nell'alloggio a cui si potrebbe rimediare facilmente per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole: lavatrice, ferro da stiro e divano erano inutilizzabili, in bagno mancavano, oltre al bidet per motivi di spazio, alcune dotazioni quali stracci per il pavimento, una mensola per gli effetti personali, il doccino, e la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare.

Abbiamo prenotato una abitazione per due persone nel mese di agosto 2022 e abbiamo trovato il responsabile molto disponibile a qualsiasi ora e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Colazione ben fornita con merendine, biscotti, latte, caffè, cereali etc Abitazione nuova, pulita e funzionale per due persone con aria condizionata e tv e wifi. Posizione strategica per fare delle visite in centro e in generale per tutta la Puglia.

Gentilezza e disponibilità assoluta del propietario, appartamento Grotta suggestivo con arcate in pietra che ti fanno pensare a un poccolo angolo di paradiso fuori dal comune, ambienti puliti e tutti doverosamente attrezzati.. Grazie
