Login machine broken; drinks machine broken, telephone forwarding broken, no matter which number you press for the language, the system doesn't work; other guests (fitters) have (had) the same problem, i.e. waiting until 5pm until someone opens the door, shabby, dirty walls, skirting boards torn off, etc. but the room was clean and tidy

I would not have expected such a run down Ibis Budget. The whole place hasn't been renovated for 20 years. The on-site team can clean it as much as they want. The fact that you could select breakfast when booking online but there is no kitchen on site is also poor.

The rooms are simple, it's more of a hotel for mechanics. But as described, it's cheap and satisfactory. The room service is not satisfactory, as they didn't clean the room at all during my stay. The shower gel provided by the hotel was empty. Toilet paper was lying alone next to the toilet. Garbage cans were not emptied. Nothing was done at all.
