During our stay, we encountered a bed bug in our room. The staff responded promptly and arranged a room change, which we appreciated. However, the overall cleanliness of the rooms did not meet expectations and could be improved.

Worst service. I won't recommend it. Front desk staff are unhelpful. Didn't even get a response from the manager who requested a complaint by email.

The room is fair. But the location Barking is a bit uncomfortable. You might worried about your safety in the area especially at night. Also if you need hair dryer you have to borrow from the reception.

It was okay considering the price however I had paid for parking, entered it via their tablet in reception and then I received a penalty charge. And after my appeals with all the evidence I provided it was rejected ????

For the price, you get what you paid for. No aircon in the summer is a killer. It’s definitely something to think about if it’s above 20 degrees in barking. The people were excellent. All the reception staff, top service. Some of the best service I’ve ever had. Better than 5 star hotel service to be honest with you. Breakfast options are limited, expensive for the price. A coffee and croissant for £4 all day is pretty decent though.
