The room on the second floor is dark, two lights are broken, and the hygiene is poor. So there are cracker crumbs under the sheets and glass shards on the floor. It feels like the room is too dark. Cleaning is difficult. However, the front desk and the aunt in charge of hygiene solved the problem very quickly. They changed the standard room on the third floor and spent two good days.
