房間不錯，，距離需要去的地方挺近的，，附近的吃行也挺方便的，服，務態度也挺不錯的，下次還會光顧。。。

房間很差，電視看不了，衞生間很臟，有煙頭，床上有多衹小蟲子，枕套是臟的像*一樣的噁心，最差勁的是還沒有熱水，前台説可能因為白天停水還是其他人用水量大什麼的，是我住過最差勁的一個酒店了！

太可惡了，根本沒有標註酒店大樓停車場的收費標準，衹寫了要收費？誰會知道停了一晚上收了150？？入住的時候也沒有提醒，這不純純欺騙消費者嗎

該酒店位置好，停車方便，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，特別是大玻璃窗看山景很舒服，周邊吃飯也很方便，離馬爾康市政府很近，總的條件不錯，就是服務態度要有所提高。

房間被套是臟的，枕套是臟的，床單一個洞。鏡子正對床位。前台店員服務態度極其惡劣。讓她更換這些，店員來了句，花着幾百塊點錢，事還不少。別住，別考慮，別頭鐵。而且沒地方停車，大早上六點還得被吵醒挪車。訂了兩間房，有一間房明明預訂成功，可它前台卻沒得到訂單，讓我取消訂單，可是我自己卻造成了損失。別定，聽勸。

洗臉盆漏水管道壞的，上面龍頭放水，下面管道直接漏水，還濺的地面到處都是，鞋子都打濕了。

網上顯示的是標間，訂好了，結果人過去了沒有標間，安排了兩間大床房，都是長者，老半天才住進去，房間又冷，設施年久失修，不要被諾大的“漂亮招牌”騙到，勸退！而且通過攜程打電話直接給我扣了！
