We were travelling from Spain on the way to Calais, booked night before, needed somewhere that could book us in after midnight. Difficult to find, would have been easier if we had believed the sat nav. Very helpful staff, great spacious room. Incredibly comfortable beds.

A great welcome especially from Nicholas (Well Done). A great evening meal and breakfast. All the staff well very helpful and engaging. Accommodation lovely and clean and well appointed. Ideally located as we were travelling back from the S France and avoiding Paris congestion. A very nice young lady checked us out and was so helpful, thanks. A great stay Well Done Hotel L'Oree de Chartres.

The hotel is located in an industrial area that is silent at night but not very exciting. The rooms are clean but pretty dull. There are no signs on the street how to get to the hotel; it is about 8 to 10 km from the center of Chartres. As an advantage you can count that there is parking available on the premises.

Stayed for one night on our trip back to Calais. What a find! Ok it's not in the most picturesque part of town but it makes up for that inside. The food in the restaurant was excellent for evening meal and breakfast was ample and excellent. Our room was huge, I believe it was a privilege room. It had a huge bed, sofa and chairs and a desk. If looking to stop in this town, then give this place ago. We will definitely be back.

Just had a night at this hotel as a stopover before a long journey to the south of France. Nice size car park, receptionist was very helpful, family room with sofa bed for the kids was superb. Nice bar with seating inside with pool table, also nice seating area outside. We didn’t eat at the hotel, we ate next door in buffalo grill. Great location with McDonald’s and petrol station nearby. Will definitely stay here again. Merci beaucoup!

This hotel. could be very nice, but staff attitudes are appalling Staff were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Breakfast an awful experience. No milk, no cutlery, very mean food selection. Head (elder) staff member particularly unpleasant. We breakfasted at 9am, the staff were only concerned with laying tables for lunch. Nothing provided for breakfas and squeezed into one end of the room.!! Room was grubby, old plastic bottle under bed (see photo). Fridge ('complimentary mini bar'??) Was empty (see photo). Tried to charge us twice for breakfast, even though fully paid in advance. No apology when the discovered their mistake. In all, a dreadful experience. Please ***********, check this hotel out. Spoiled by the staff. Good things - car parking, very good sized room, large, comfortable bed. Very good shower/bathroom. Good eateries nearby.

Propreté, silence, efficacité de la réservation et de l'accueil sont au rendez-vous. Les animaux sont acceptés. Le petit-déjeuner est impeccable. Les sourires sont probablement optionnels. L'hôtel est loin de tout, dans une zone commerciale, ce qui donne le choix entre beaucoup de restaurants de tout typer, y compris celui de l'hôtel., mais donne des promenades sans intérêt.

un peu déçu par notre séjour: Manque espace dans la chambre avec le bureau au pied du lit (17 m2) Manquait une grande serviette et plus de savon pour les mains Baignoire minuscule on touche le plafond Absence de bouilloire dans la chambre Peinture écaillée dans la SdB Merci aux voisins bruyant de la 224 Y a mieux pour un 3 étoiles. Le restaurant est bien par contre.
