It was the worst hotel that I have ever seen in my life. It was the dirtiest hotel ever. It was so bad that we didn’t even stay there despite getting there late at night. The pictures are misleading. Avoid this hotel even if it’s free. Worst experience even though we were there only for few minutes. The bed looked like that had lice on the pillows.

El precio fue una estafa para lo que es el hotel. Estoy MUY desconforme. Me cobraron 3 veces más que lo que cobran a los que estaban ingresando durante mí estadía. la limpieza está bien. El desayuno es el peor que he probado en mí vida. Los bidones y totoras eran espantos. Lo único que rescato era que la gente que trabaja es muy amable.

Bonita hostería, arquitectura típica patagónica, habitación sin lujos pero cómoda y limpia, amplio estacionamiento, personal amable, con excelente predisposición, muy buena ubicación, alejado del lío del centro, pero lo suficientemente cerca como para llegar en 5 minutos de auto. Muy buena opción, volvería.

Estuvimos alojados 5 días y la conclusión es que la hostería es apenas tres estrellas y nada más. La habitación que nos tocó fue pequeña sin sobrarle absolutamente nada. Los espacios en común tienen en su mayoría piso alfombrado con una gran cantidad de manchas y cierto olor a humedad. El desayuno es normalito...se podria mejorar con un poco de esmero. Es una hostería tres estrellas que no se destaca en ninguno de sus servicios. Bariloche tiene un potencial turístico que no está aprovechado. La ciudad está desprolija y hasta sucia, su centro comercial es mediocre y los precios son caros. La Malinka en cierto modo está en línea con lo que la ciudad.ofrece Mención aparte para los chicos de recepción por su amabilidad.

Muito ruim, não vale o preço que pagamos. Infelizmente confiamos nas fotos ao fechar o pacote. Quarto 3 extremamente pequeno, mal cabia as nossas coisas, toalhas horríveis, café da manhã fraco. Por fora o lugar é até bacana. Não recomendo jamais!

O hotel é um charme, confortável e organizado! Check in e check out rápido e prático, o atendimento é excelente, todos muito prestativos, mas principalmente o César, ele é nota 10, muito simpático, nos deu ótimas dicas, entende e "fala" português. O nosso quarta (n° 9) tinha um bom tamanho, uma vista muito bonita para o lago, a cama era grande e muito confortável e a calefação cumpriu muito bem sua função! O café da manhã é simples, mas muito bom. O hotel não fica muito perto do centro, mas bem ao lado tem um ponto de remis (tipo táxi), e caminhando uns 100m +- tem uma parada de ônibus. Apesar de ficar um pouco distante do centro, perto do hotel tem restaurantes, cervejaria, padaria e mercado, todos da pra ir caminhado bem tranquilo.
