In simple words, a great place to isolate and relax, the rooms are well fitted, good hot water pressure and temperature, and the most, the views from your room windows, and the staff is always attentive to your needs, Daiana at the front desk with all the answers you need, definitely I will come back

Muy buena relación precio /servicios. Desayuno muy bueno, sala de juegos, pileta, solariums, bosque y juegos para niños y sala de juegos por si hace mal clima. Las vistas al lago Gutierrez y al cerro catedral y al cerro Otto son muy lindas y especiales para tomar unos mates contemplando la belleza. Esta emplazada en un bosque muy lindo y con muy buena seguridad.

Supero ampliamente todas mis expectativas. Es un hotel de montaña expectacular. Tiene una vista panoramica de los cerros que lo rodean y del lago gutierrez que esta tremenda. Sin dudas es super recomendable, porque ademas cuenta con todos los servicios como para que no tengas que preocuparte de nada. El personal es muy atento para que disfrutes todo el tiempo y su compromiso fue total. Destaco a Fernando y Maxi por su dedicacion y recomendaciones para conocer esta fantastica ciudad. Ademas hay un restaurante muy rico, con precios adecuados y una atencion excelente. Tienen sala de juegos por si te hace un dia feo y garage para que guardes el auto. Sin dudas volveria y lo voy a recomendar a todos los que me conocen porque fue estupendo.

El lugar es lindo pero cuando ya estas allí, NO te dan los servicios que te ofrecieron (y te cobraron) al contratar. Sistemáticamente te dicen ...ya te lo resuelvo... y jamás lo hacen. Finalmente te cansas y, como no queres estar reclamando a cada rato, te resignas y te indignas.

Un lugar increíble!! Vistas espectaculares!! Pesima atencion!! Lamentablemente fuimos atendidos por un tal Maxi que no nos permitio usar nada de las instalaciones!! Ni pileta, ni gimnasio, ni el restaurante……no teniamos donde desayunar, nunca nos hicieron las habitaciones!! Durante 4 dias!! Sin limpiar ni el baño!! No se puede creer!! Nunca volveria

Fuimos a pasar una semana de vacaciones previo a nuestro aniversario de bodas, la ubicación es inmejorable, el servicio y atención excelente, hasta nos prestaron parrilla y mesa en el parque para un asado de domingo. En ese momento tenían en mantenimiento y reparación la piscina y spa pero aprovechamos la sala de juegos muy completa y la terraza que da al lago Gutiérrez con vistas al cerro Catedral y Otto
