Cala Luas Resort

nice hotel, not many facilities but EXTREMELY family based. Guests where 90% families with kids. not recommended for a relaxing holiday.

What an amazing and beautiful resort. The facilities were great. The staff were friendly and professional. The kids were always entertained by some incredibly great staff. It was a perfect getaway and got the rest and family time we wanted.

We were there in July 2025. There was a Fire in close proximity to the Resort which scared us. Since that fire, the wifi in the part of the Resort more to the back (across the street), where most of the people reside, was off. When we reported that to the receptionist, she mentioned that we were not supposed to get wifi based on the room booked (4 people, half board) + about 28€ a day of „club card“(about 300€ extra considering our stay). We are careful travellers with decades of international travel Experience and we would have noticed if anything Like That would have been mentioned when Booking. The result of that is that we spent more than extra 100 Euros of unplanned Internet Costs (Not for TikTok or Instagram , but for loading travel maps, Looking for fuel stations and other practical essential usage for a Family of 4, which in our case included also the search for pediatric medical emergency service. Animation staff appeared not very motivated (with only a few exceptions i.e. Alessia, a true professionist). Kids activty did Not Seem very exciting and Kids were mostly sitting during those activities. Play room in a sorry state. Overall Not Tragic but I would not recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cala Luas, with family and kids. The staff is professional, kind, customer-focused, from the reception desk to the dining room and the bar. The hotel is very clean and offers everything we needed for a wonderful stay: pleasant pool, private beach, swimming supervising at both, breakfast and dinner, all in one place. Minor improvements would be: - larger breakfast and dinner time-slot (currently 7.30 to 9.30, am and pm: best desserts can be out of stock at 9 pm) - No more plastic glass (clearly not appropriate for wine or grappa) although most of them are glass-made. This side of Sardinia offers a variety of curiosities: gourgeous beaches, caves (grotta), natural pool, boat cruises, etc. Although critics say otherwise, we had more than enough to do during our 10-day stay. We are leaving with stunning pictures and memories in mind. Thank to all the team and their kindness, especially Eugenia, Morena, Elena, Monica, Mauro, Martino, and Andrea for his desserts 😘 Highly recommend 👏👍

I don’t get the negative reviews at all. We have spent 7 nights with half board in here in September. The food was great lots of variety. We got unlimited wine at night. Staff was very nice and friendly at the reception. The waiter who has silver hair was super nice every night. He speaks a very good English and German as well. Definitely would go back again. We rented a car because we like an active holiday but this place also perfect for those who like to stay in the hotel all day. It has a pool and a nice beach with sun-beds. Good entertainment at night.

This is the place to be! All of the staff were super friendly. The rooms were kept very clean everyday. There was plenty of activities for either adults or children. They had a delicious variety of food every day. The view was spectacular with the ocean very close for swimming or just relaxing on the beach. I would definitely go here if you have a chance.
