The B&B apartments are located in a condominium in the semi-centre of Bari. Check-in is the responsibility of the customer and the keys to the building/apartment are sent by the booking office only in digital form (which presupposes familiarity with modern technologies on smartphone). Possibility to leave your luggage for free at the booking office on the same street, a short distance away. Upon arrival, the property offered us a room upgrade, converting the standard room into a suite on the top floor. Very spacious room, bathroom with double shower. The furnishings were pleasant although a little dated, as was the air conditioning system. Outside there is a large panoramic terrace (unfortunately ring road view). The offer did not include breakfast. The structure is extremely convenient for short stays.

We stayed for 4 days in the Junior suite on the eighth floor in Via Cavour 160. Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the centre. Presence of blue stripes in area A (€2 per hour) and area C (€1 per hour) underneath the structure. Despite being quite large, the room appears to be of poor quality and above all not very bright in the evening. This concerns both the Junior room and the Deluxe room where a couple of friends stayed who had to use the phone's flashlight to look for something inside the suitcase. The bathroom was equipped with a very noisy drain, as well as releasing the smell of sewage, once it was activated it also bothered the neighboring suite of our friends. The shower was torture or the water was ice cold or boiling and came out at a really embarrassing pressure. We can't complain about the cleanliness, the room was cleaned every day with towels changed. There is only one soap in the shower while they do not provide either shampoo or hand soap or at least nothing came out of the dispenser near the sink. The television did not receive the signal well and when it was turned on in our room, despite having a modest volume, it disturbed the neighboring room. I hope they give weight to these reports to improve all these points, because the location is really convenient and it's really a shame.
