Our room was nothing like the pretty rooms in the photos. Four major problems: 1) The pool was closed even though it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit--they say they do not open the pool until June. This was nowhere on their website. 2) The room was hot and stuffy--but they said they could not turn on the air conditioner or fan. 3) They had a private party with music blaring until midnight. 4) They seem to have no sense of customer service. So when we complained about how hot and stuffy the room was, their attitude was, "too bad." They also lied to us repeatedly by saying things like, "The technician will be here tomorrow" when they knew full well that was not true In our experience, this was NOT a luxury hotel. The bed was fine and the breakfast was fine, but that's it. The hotel has NO grounds--do not expect to walk through a lovely estate.

Hotel in a lovely villa surrounded by olive trees, with convenient parking and not far from Bari and the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very varied breakfast, both savory and sweet, of good quality. The only thing I would have liked was some juices or juices that weren't there. The rooms, however, need to be looked at again, the furniture is stained (it is wood and is easy to stain, so perhaps it would be useful to protect it or go over it more often), the bathroom is a little tired but above all there are no free power sockets. There are 3, 2 of the wall lamps above the bedside table and 1 of the lamp on the desk. I had to unplug 2 to charge my phone and PC. The Wi-Fi is decent although not exactly stable. There is no minibar but only the fridge with 2 bottles of water, which however was appreciated and does not require a fee.

Beautiful location, with a very large swimming pool, lots of green lawn and olive trees, the rooms are very comfortable in late 19th century style. Trained, helpful and professional staff. The resort is surrounded by nature despite being just a few minutes from the city center.

5 stars to Michele of the restaurant and the masseuse who are truly TOP! But €16 for the towel and bathrobe kit is really excessive! Beautiful location! The Spa program was very beautiful and relaxing, the dinner was very TASTY with local products! From Martino and Martina❤️❤️❤️

Stayed in this splendid structure for 4 days, I immediately loved the location being a lover of the genre. I appreciated the position which in my case proved to be absolutely strategic and the very comfortable and certainly new bed, as well as the very fresh fruit produced at zero km. Sorry, the breakfast buffet offers very little for a 4 star and considering the price, the hydromassage filter had not been cleaned.
