Stone cold. No heating and no prospect of any. Property feels like it's on the edge of bankruptcy. Most of the bulbs have been removed. Towels provided every 3 days! You can't dry wet clothing or wet anything in a room the same temperature as a fridge. Dining area might have been good in 1960. Reception looks like your granny's front room - old worn out and noticeably warmer as the office staff clearly have heating for themselves. Top tip is run the shower so it warms up the bathroom with it's broken shower enclosure and it's 1960 suite. Windows don't fit so as it's 5c outside it's 5c inside too. Frankly do not stay here. I noticed construction workers booking in and one of the came back down and asked for blankets.

Everything was amazing,the room was quite a good size and clean with an amazing mountain view and very quiet at night also Great heating in the room and quite nice bathrooms. Room well lit and the bed was very comfortable. We could see quite a bit of christmas lights still hanging up outside from our room which made it look like a magical snowy christmas village The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. I even asked if i could find any panini shop that was open in the afternoon near by and they offered to make it themselves even tho the kitchen was closed at that time. They even keept our luggage for us even tho we had already checked out of the hotel ( as we wanted to visit a couple more places before we went back to Turin). they even explained to us what navetta to take depending on where we wanted to visit .Staff over all very nice and really friendly. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was super nice and delicious. The set menu was only 20 euros per person and it was VERY VERY filling ( you can request smaller portions too ). The buffet was also very nicely made and a lot to choose from. The breakfast had a vast variety, from cereals,fresh fruit, yoghourts,cheeses and hams,breads eggs etc...they even told us to inform them if we needed anything else made for us that was not there and the food was very fresh. Dining area was very nice and clean. Over all this hotel is very nice and welcoming i would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit bardonecchia. The train is roughly 2 minutes away and shops very close by. If i ever visit again i would defiantly choose this hotel over any other! They truly make you feel at home when you're far away from home!

No charging ports had to use the TV to charge my phone and it was broken, no shelves in cupboards Some industrial light, the food is bad, breakfast and pudding ok, and they spent most of their money on whine but they should spend it on making nice rooms, Great locations tho and good views and it is good for a one or two nighter

Stayed here with a recent school party. We could not have asked for a better welcome and more generosity from our hosts. They could not have done more in that sense. A very simple hotel and has some glitches for certain [hot showers being one] but we thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

Das Hotel Sommeiller ist ein traditionelles Hotel. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach auch etwas deutsch. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant. Ein öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Altstadt ist ungefähr zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Das einfache Zimmer war ganz okay. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichhaltig.

Ho soggiornato con famiglia: struttura fatiscente con GROSSI PROBLEMI DI IGIENE. Assolutamente non adatto ai bambini. Al di là delle camere che presentano ancora il mobilio di quando la struttura è stata costruita, la moquette è macchiata e non viene pulita, le finestre sono rotte e piene di spifferi, la pulizia assolutamente inadeguata (la prima sera abbiamo lasciato per terra le asciugamani da pulire, il giorno dopo le abbiamo ritrovate messe su sul termosifone), sull'armadio c'erano resti di alimenti chissà da quanto ed anche i piumoni erano macchiati. Il buffet imbarazzante, esposto male e spesso senza mestoli per prendere gli alimenti, la cuoca che con gli stessi guanti con cui tocca la pasta che cucina sul momento poi tocca il cellulare e quant'altro ma più di tutto allarmanti problemi di muffa diffusa a tutto il soffitto degli stessi locali in cui viene allestito e servito il cibo. Credo sia per questo che obbligano al pagamento anticipato. Spiace per il personale, tutti molto gentili e cordiali, ma la gestione e la struttura sono indecenti. Si fanno pagare come un 3 stelle, ma è una truffa, non ne vale nemmeno una.

Se ci fosse zero lo metterei. Ogni parola è superflua, metterò le foto, che non rendono abbastanza per capire di che cosa si tratta ! Un tuffo negli anni 50/60, la fatiscenza. La moquette sporca , il pavimento che balla, il bagno degli orrori, per non parlare del letto. Evitatelo.

In data 27 dicembre ci rechiamo in questa struttura a dir poco fatiscente, specie se consideriamo il rapporto qualità prezzo (ai limiti della truffa). Anche una stella sarebbe troppo per una simile struttura e ciò che offre. La realtà supera la fantasia: moquette sporchissima (evitavamo di volgere a terra lo sguardo per non star male), pavimenti scricchiolanti (impossibile dormire), ragnatele in ogni angolo della camera, finestre rotte e arrugginite che non era possibile chiudere (in pieno inverno), freddo glaciale (nonostante noi siamo abituati a 16 gradi circa in casa), lavandino del bagno rotto e piatto doccia macchiato, letto troppo corto per un uomo di un 1,83 m e piumone macchiato con lenzuola usurate. Non abbiamo avuto la forza di restare la notte per cui siamo tornati a casa senza usufruire del soggiorno evitando cosi di "sperimentare" anche la colazione. Necessario davvero un organo di controllo e verifica a tutela dei clienti.
