As a guest you experience important personal attention. The staff came across as hospitable and helpful. Despite the crowds, personal attention was not lacking. An excellent kitchen provided delicious, tasty food. Excellent beds. A critical note about sewer smell in the room has been taken seriously and will be addressed.

Boutique hotel BonAparte is located near Zutphen, Lochem & Deventer and is an excellent location for a special hotel package. You can easily and conveniently make direct online reservations via our website. Spend the night at BonAparte in Barchem. Luxury wellness hotel on a main road between Lochem and Barchem. It is a few kilometers away from the A1 motorway. We enjoyed the excellent restaurant and brasserie. The fantastic terrace and not to forget the attractive hotel rooms. It is located in the middle of centuries-old nature, which is great for walking and you can also rent a bicycle here. Not far from the hotel is the Sallandse Heuvelrug national park. The hotel borders between the Achterhoek and Twente, near the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen, Deventer and Lochem. We enjoyed the weather, no rain but sunshine. The food was very good and with a 3-day package the t****th day was a surprise menu, which was very good. They also crossed the border and bought delicious German wine, went to a terrace and certainly couldn't forget the ******. Unfortunately we lost. There is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness. WIFI in every room. After the Covid period we enjoyed our 3-day trip again. There will certainly be more to come. We will definitely come back here again.

You check in with a package and you should receive vouchers, which you did not receive and asked for yourself after cycling. There is no guest experience and it takes a very long time before you can order drinks. All the tables and bar are full of guests and there is no one there. You get beer in two different (small) glasses, but you have to pay full price. Free bitterballen were on the receipt. The 4 course dinner is meager, tasteless starter, soup fine, main course chicken was cold and dessert was the tastiest. It cannot be compared to the 3-course dinner the day before. Small room is very small.

A**ospheric stay for a few days in the Achterhoek. Hotel rooms basic. Restaurant is good as well as terrace and service. Nice base for tourist trips. Wooded area. Ample parking and bicycles can be rented. Rooms are noisy.

Beautifully decorated, wonderful map in a wooded walking area. Delicious coffee, delicious lunch but...unfortunately no glass of tap water is served when you come for lunch after a few hours of walking. I wouldn't call that hospitable, especially in a walking area.

We once again had a wonderful stay! What a beautiful hotel. We have stayed here several times and now it is really time to write a review. When you enter you will be amazed by how beautiful the interior is. Always a friendly welcome and very nice and cheerful employees. The staff does everything they can to please their guests.
