The access card always had issue and did not work in the lift. The buffet was goodin variety but was very crowd. However, the reception overcharged the breakfast buffet for my sons as childred under 15 should be free although we pointed out the hotel breakfast policy on trip.com to him, he insisted it was for childred under 12.

• Check-in issue: We arrived in the morning and hoped to check in quickly, but the hotel kept saying there were no rooms. In the end, we could only check in at 1:30 p.m., and the front desk required us to register as members to check in early. If that’s the case, why didn’t they tell us this earlier in the morning?
• Broken safe: The safe in our room didn’t work. We asked the front desk to send someone to fix it; the technician came, looked briefly, told us to wait, and never returned. The safe remained unusable for the rest of our stay. We noticed it was just a dead battery, but they couldn’t even manage a simple battery replacement.
• Shower drainage: When showering, water overflowed to the area near the toilet. The drainage is poorly designed.

Good city views. Location is not too bad, there are multiple bus stations and one tram station nearby. There is a big shopping center across the street (Westfield), very convenient

The hotel was spot on, clean, friendly staff and room had a great view.
We had breakfast twice, which was lovely but abit expensive.
Kids were treated like royalty, very family friendly.
One highlight was the pool...what a novelty and lovely pool side area.

Free parking and a good location. The staff is not very helpful. One night, we were locked in the basement because the lift was out of order. We had to climb the stairs to go back to the hotel. We tried to explain the situation to the staff, but they scolded us, insisting that the lift was totally fine and that there were no problems at all. The service needs to be improved.

The best hitel evet smells sooo good , nice people works at the Reception. We were happy the best area intbe middle of evereything. Good restuartnts around but bes breakfastever at Hotel restaurant. You must try
