The restaurant service is good, you can send it to the room, the water bar is also very complete, the sea view bed room has a good view, it is very recommended. Insufficient: the outdoor lounge chair is a bit dirty, should not be disturbed in time, the outdoor umbrella has tattered there, there is a ugly smell in the grass. There is no airport shuttle bus and bus, take a taxi for about 25 euros, the hotel can help call a taxi. Not bad.

Location is great, very close to the beach. Very quiet at night. Amenities are complete, with a washing machine and complimentary cleaning supplies (dish washing liquid, laundry pod, sponge, etc.) However, cleanliness needs improving. Human hairs were found on the bed sheet, and food bits were still left in the kitchen sink drain.

The gentlemen on the front desk were so kind and attentive - I was always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! The breakfast selection was also great - the website pictures don't do it justice. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Thank you team Ciutadella!

Stayed for 4 nights, the room was relatively careless, 2 nights of which either had one less bath towel or one less towel. There are many choices around breakfast, do not eat in the hotel.

Check-in is difficult because the bathroom is being repaired without contacting us in advance. I went because they said they would change to another hotel, and it was H10 cubic. I made a reservation for the H10 Metropolitan Terrace Room... I went to the changed room. It is a terrace shared by 4 rooms on the 1st floor. If you didn't close the curtains, you could clearly see the rooms next to you; The terrace itself is also surrounded by surrounding buildings.
