Apartments in Province of Barcelona

My requirements for the hotel are newer decoration, larger space, better location, and a washing machine. All of them are met. I also chose this hotel based on Ctrip reviews. There were no negative reviews, so I checked in with doubt. It turned out to be the most comfortable stay for European hotels. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room. Good sound insulation and reasonable layout design. The whole decoration style is also very distinctive. Location: Above Hermes and Fendi, the public security is good. I saw police cars patrolling downstairs at 8 o'clock in the evening. It is located on Barcelona's luxury goods street. It is very convenient to go anywhere. By the way, the apartment hotel 60 balconies in Madrid that I have settled in is really not as good as this one.

We stayed on the first floor and there was a yard, which was a pleasant surprise. I read the reviews and learned that the check-in was somewhere else, but I didn't know that this somewhere else was within walking distance of the train station. As luck would have it, I came from Madrid by train, so I took a taxi and was persuaded to get off. I walked over to check in, and the lady at the front desk even called a car to take us there. Great.

這次去的目的是看孩子，所以帶了些國內的食材，去給孩子做幾頓飯，讓她感受一下媽媽做到的味道。所以在訂房時着重關注的是帶廚房的公寓房…… 到了酒店，跟國內的家庭公寓房一樣，配備有冰箱（大的家用那種，裏面還有送的一瓶歡迎香檳），洗衣機，微波爐。也有太多意外的驚喜，比如：洗衣機配備洗衣凝珠和消毒珠，並帶烘乾功能；除了廚灶，還配有足量的三人份餐具（刀叉勺子，鍋碗瓢盆等）。特別是小廳的沙發，拉開後竟然是一個雙人沙發床（孩子有幾晚不想回宿舍，原計劃我睡到沙發上，沒想到服務人員直接給了一套被褥，並將沙發拉開，關鍵是沒有另行收取加床費用）！ 期間發生了一個小插曲，做飯時油煙大，引發了房間的煙霧報警，我和愛人頓時不知所措，想着扯大了，這不得被罰個千八百的，但工作人員第一時間上來了解情況後，表示理解，解除了報警，並沒有為難我們，衹是表達要下次注意……這次巴塞之行有很多值得我們開心的人和事，酒店也是其中之一，值得給大家推薦！

We choose this accommodation, 2 rooms apartment because of the location which is very near to the Barcelona Sants station as we need to board early morning train. There is also metro station nearby. We arrive early in the morning before the check in time, we we allowed to left our luggage before check in and refreshed ourselves there.

The room is spacious, the location is good, it is convenient for traveling, and the room service is timely. However, the sofa bed was broken and was not repaired or replaced in advance. Their engineers came to repair it but they couldn't fix it. Finally, an older person said that the sofa bed should be supported by a coffee table at the end of the bed, which means that they knew it was broken but didn't solve it. They only used the most unprofessional method. I was speechless. They charged 3 people but didn't provide a comfortable and stable bed. In addition, the toilet seat didn't match the size of the toilet, and the washing machine didn't work.

Very spacious apartment and fully equipped; great base for exploring Barcelona. We had 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms for a family 6 (two kids and my husband and my parents); it can easily fit another 2-4 people. We booked “ private chief” service through the hotel website( external provider) it was the high light of our trip. The chief Betsy threw us a superb dinner and with lovely atmosphere. A little hiccup at check out thought. We requested late check out the day before and the lady at the reception checked the arrival time of next booking and advised it should be okay with time and we could stay till 2 pm. In the morning when we re-confirm it with the reception Chris; we were told otherwise. He expressed the difficulty to have the apartment till 2 pm and said it had to be 1 pm. It was disappointing and inconvenient ( with two kids and two elderly) but we agreed to that and also told there would be extra 50 euro for late check out. However the lift was stuck and it took us 20 mins to come down with suitcases (without help) at 13:20 (20 mins later than we agreed) and we then had to pay 100 euro (the receptionist Chris claimed it was 50 euro per hour!). It was fair enough if it was communicated clearly before we made our arrangements but it WAs NoT. And what we are most unhappy about is the attitude of the staff Chris. He was unfriendly, cold and unhelpful; he could make better efforts in communication and instead of being rude.

The apartment was good. The quality-price ratio is correct. Although a coffee maker would be nice in the kitchen and there was no phone to talk to the reception

Very happy , the facilities super the Excellent service .site quiet very recommendable has everything for a rest stay

The place is quite big for a family. (we are a family of 5). Centrally located close to many attractions. The staff at the reception are very helpful and welcoming.
