The room is very big and the location is very good. It is in the center of the entire Avenue des Grazies and very close to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. If you want to shop or enjoy delicious food, you can't go wrong staying here. The bathroom in the room is also very large, with separate toilet and shower, and two wash basins, so it won't be crowded even if you bring a big suitcase. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and took the initiative to call a taxi for us when we left! The price is affordable, I will stay here again next time!

The hotel was good in general, the staff at the front desk was friendly, although nothing remarkable. I did not spend much time in the hotel facilities since I was mostly enjoying the city and traveling around, the last night when I came back to my room after a trip to a neighbour city, I found that my room was not cleaned, which was a little upsetting since I was tired and wanted just to take a shower and sleep. I called the front desk to ask the reason why and the person at the phone told me he didn't know anything since he was part of the night shift. My suggestion is to double check with the Housekeeping staff and be careful next time, cleaning a room can make a big difference when it comes to a hotel experience for travelers. Thanks

For the amenities, I am referring to the room. Defect fridge door, very difficult to open the water in the shower, defect USB sockets, curtain can only 90% automatically close and some small things more. This is not the W standard I experienced before. Everything else as usual at W hotels. Very friendly service (can't give 5 points because I was waiting for my room unnecessarily long), nice restaurants with fantastic food, including breakfast.

Easy to get to by bus from the airport. 5 minutes walk to subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. There is a convenience store and a supermarket in front of you. The front desk is also open 24 hours a day, and they were kind enough to help me at any time.

The location is excellent. But the room is too basic and not worthy of 4 stars. There is only one electric plug in the whole room, and the computer cannot be plugged in while charging the mobile phone. In addition, it is right above the subway. You can hear the sound of the subway coming and going at night, and you can also feel the vibrations. There was no quilt, just two layers of sheets. Fortunately, I found a blanket in the cupboard and added it to keep me from getting cold. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The service is okay, but not particularly good.

I chose Astoria for New Year's Eve in Barcelona. The room layout is comfortable and it's quiet at night, which makes people feel very at ease. The location is great! It is very convenient to travel by bus or subway. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping areas nearby. You can walk to La Pedrera, Casa Batlló and other places. Life is convenient and safe. The hotel also gave us 12 candies and grapes, from which we learned about Spain’s New Year’s Eve culture. The small details were surprising!

The breakfast is diverse, rich and delicious. The room provides snacks, coffee machine and teapot. The room is not big, and it is noisy outside. There are people making noise nearby at night. Because there is another check-in the next day, the hotel will re-charge the breakfast fee for the previous check-in. Two people checked in, and even counted as five people. There was no actual inspection of the payment details. There were obvious mistakes in homework. Although there were improvements, this kind of error is a bit outrageous for a five-star hotel.

The hotel is very fancy, it is a bit pricy but definitely worth it. The one thing I have to complain is that their bath tub, I tried to use the bath tub but the hot water is very slow, and it took long time to reach my ankle, which is not enough to take a bath. I took a shower instead after wait an hour. Also the stopper for the bath tub is broken. The lobby is nice and you will receive 30 minutes of free spa and gym, but you have to make reservation with reception. The employees are very nice and friendly to assist you without your asking.

It's close to the airport, and there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. The service is very good and breakfast is quite rich! The room inside has a bathtub with toiletries, and you can take three meals a day at the hotel!

I have had the most pleasant stay atThe Golden Tulip Hotel. The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and serviced daily. The breakfasts and dinners were superb and the passion of the chef shone through her creations. I loved every moment of my stay. I will recommend any and all people visiting Barcelona to stay here. The terrace on the top floor has the most amazing view of Barcelona kitted out with recliners, tables, chairs and a beautiful swimming pool. I would rate this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since this is my second trip to Spain, I chose this hotel because I know a lot about the center of Barcelona. The main reason is that it is close and convenient to various attractions and shopping. Another reason is that I saw the room size of this hotel. A bit bigger than other city center hotels. I booked this hotel on Ctrip early because I was applying for my own visa. When I actually checked in, I found that the room was inconsistent with the photos I saw on Ctrip.com. In addition, the meal charges for children charged by the hotel did not match the price marked on Ctrip.com. At that time, because the hotel front desk said that he could not solve the problem, and it was already past 12 o'clock in the evening, we checked in first. The next day, I called Ctrip customer service to tell them that they would negotiate with them to solve the problem after I returned to China. When we checked out, we arrived ten minutes late due to a serious traffic jam when taking a taxi back to the hotel. I took my suitcase to the front desk to check out at 12:13 noon. The hotel is excellent! The room is tidy, neat and comfortable; same as those pics on the apps advertisement, the front desk guy is friendly and energetic, our flight was too early on morning, we paid for early check in, the process was clear. People there are all nice and smiley. Everything is considered, they offer welcome drinks/ good umbrellas ready for rainy days.. the location is very good too, 2blocks away fm those famous and nice bunch/ dinner spots;3blocks away fm casa Batllo, walking distances to those famous shopping brands, we walked to La ramble easily, compared to other similar price hotel in Barcelona, this is one of the best, we will definitely put this in our first choice for next time to Barcelona.
