The location of the hotel is very good. The corner is opposite the main commercial street in the center of Barcelona. The building facade and the public lobby on the ground floor are decorated in a modern atmosphere. Breakfast is very rich, this is the best I have had in the same grade abroad, and the waiter attitude is good, the front desk waiter attitude is also good. The room is considered to be a bit larger. The only room that is not perfect is a little stuffy, and the price is a bit high. Overall the location and breakfast were great.

Very good, I stayed in several hotels in the Eixample area during this trip, and only the one is truly five-star. Except that breakfast needs to be ordered and there are not many choices, which may not be very convenient for guests who are not good at English, everything else is good. Five of us rented a big house. Very satisfied, so beautiful! Clean, and the location is particularly good. Convenient everywhere! ! Each bedroom is very large, and the toilet supplies in the bathroom are also very useful. And when I left, I forgot very important items. The clerk helped me keep it and called! thank you very much! ! Next to the downstairs is a pharmacy, opposite the bustling street, it is very convenient for shopping and shopping. The Hotel has a wonderful staff. They are very friendly and polite. The location is more than perfect. The hotel is located 5-7 away of the central part of the city. Plenty of restaurants choices . Very clean place with a modern design. We've been there to celebrate our son's 3rd birthday and the management has been prepare for. They had organised the room with a lot of balloons and small presents for him. Very kind of them. The breakfast was included and it was with a multiple choices. Excellent customer service... So - Highly recommended place of any one aspect!

Pagamos 98 euros por dormir una noche más desayuno. Check in agradable . Desayuno bien! Lo único que deberían mejorar es la limpieza de las habitaciones. Visitamos el hotel por un día lo mínimo que se pide es una cama limpia y en condiciones. Tuvimos que pedir una sabana en recepción porque mi madre tuvo una reacción alérgica . Además mi cama estaba llena de pelos de otros huéspedes. No creo que sea necesario que ponga foto porque el personal o la housekeeper lo podrá comprobar por ella misma.

I am a solo female traveler, came to stay in this hostel for 4 nights. This was my first experience staying in a hostel and it went definitely amazing thanks to Factory Hostel and it’s amazing stuff. Everyone working here is so friendly, they always smile and help you in the best possible way (Special thanks to Maria Laura). All receptionists are fluent in Spanish and English. They all have been truly lovely. They do cleaning everyday, they serve delicious cake and coffee around 2 EUR. People that stay here is also nice and friendly, you can have good friendships if you would like to. Beds and pillows are pretty comfortable, curtains give you a little privacy which is nice, they give you considerably big cabinet to lock your belongings, air conditioning working 7/24, they have a cute kitchen and lounge areas to enjoy the stay. It is very close to Park Güell, a little far from beach and center but there is always public transportation that you can use, takes about 30-45 mins to go wherever you want (including walking to stops). I would %100 recommend and if I ever come back to Barcelona would definitely stay here again!

Lovely little 2 bed and 2 bath room apartment. Kitchen had everything we wanted and needed. Local shops and restaurants nearby and all only a 1 minute walk from the Sant Pau Hospital Metro Station. Walked to Sagrada Familia in about 20 minutes. We did have a problem with the safe in the room, due to a low battery error we couldn't open it and had to wait for the cleaners to come along with a key. Annoying, but all was ok in the end. Some other reviews mention the check in machine but we didnt have any problems. It is important that you check in before you arrive- we were sent an email and had to upload photos of passports so its worth being prepared.

It was close to the metro and I was able to see Sagrada Familia every day. There are a lot of people passing by, so it is safe to walk at night. The cafe nearby was also open at 7 o'clock, so I didn't have any trouble finding dinner or going to the supermarket. Unfortunately, there was a wet towel inside the blanket in the room...it was disgusting. When I told the staff, they handed me a new blanket and said, ``I'll check with the cleaning staff.'' The blanket was also scratchy and untidy and didn't feel good to the touch. I would like to give it a high rating because the location, room, and staff can speak English, but the cleaning and blankets were disappointing!

I had already stayed in that hotel in April 2013 and altogether it was a rather good stay. The bedroom I was allocated on that occasion was comfortable and peaceful so that scarcely any noise was audible. The rest of the conditions regarding that stay were also good. I decided therefore to book again in that hotel for three weeks during which I had to be in Barcelona, namely from July 16th 2020 to August 6th, except the 21st since that day at night I had to be somewhere else for personal reasons. My stay this time was quite the opposite to that referred to. As a matter of fact, it turned out to be a nightmare thus causing me to decide to leave the hotel on July 21st and book in another one for the rest of my stay in Barcelona. Upon check-in I was allocated the bedroom 405. I was cold in that room albeit it was summer time and the temperature outside was higher than 30º C. After switching off the air conditioning machine there was still a draft of cold air which was very annoying and harmful. I complained about that what made them let me change the room, allocating me that number S02. That new room was all right as to the air conditioning and, besides, the first night it was peaceful so that I could sleep with no trouble whatsoever. Notwithstanding that, on the following day one of the rooms next door was allocated to some people who behaved like beasts. They used to come back to the hotel at midnight or later screaming as if they were possessed by the devil and once in the room they continued shouting and moreover they bumped on the walls in a foolish way. When I went to complain at the front desk the following morning the receptionist in charge of the relevant service at that moment, whose name is Alexandra, just behaved in a nasty and despicable way. She hardly listened to me and interrupted me constantly. It was altogether very unpleasant. Another trouble I had to endure was in relation to the safe in the bedroom. On July 18th it ran out of battery. There wasn't anybody at the hotel who could change the exhausted battery by a new one. I had to wait for two days for a technician to come and proceed to the relevant replacement. The fact that nobody at the hotel knows how to change the safe batteries is utterly unbelievable and ridiculous. Meanwhile I had to walk around Barcelona with all the money and other valuables in my pockets thus running the risk of being robbed, the more so if the fact that Barcelona has become a dangerous city is taken into consideration. The receptionists advised me to leave the money in the safe anyway since, as they said, nobody would enter it if I left the relevant sign on the door latch for the room not to be cleaned up. I left the sign in the stated way but I didn't dare leave my money and valuables in the room with the safe little door ajar as it couldn't be locked down. It wouldn't have been the first time that a burglary takes place at a hotel. As a consequence of the mishap referred to by the way the bedroom
