For the amenities, I am referring to the room. Defect fridge door, very difficult to open the water in the shower, defect USB sockets, curtain can only 90% automatically close and some small things more. This is not the W standard I experienced before. Everything else as usual at W hotels. Very friendly service (can't give 5 points because I was waiting for my room unnecessarily long), nice restaurants with fantastic food, including breakfast.

The breakfast is diverse, rich and delicious. The room provides snacks, coffee machine and teapot. The room is not big, and it is noisy outside. There are people making noise nearby at night. Because there is another check-in the next day, the hotel will re-charge the breakfast fee for the previous check-in. Two people checked in, and even counted as five people. There was no actual inspection of the payment details. There were obvious mistakes in homework. Although there were improvements, this kind of error is a bit outrageous for a five-star hotel.

Very convenient location, close to a number of nice restaurants and tapas places. La Rambla is just around the corner. Metro station Diagonal is 5 minutes away. Welcome drink in the lobby for guests. The room is spacious, well designed. The 3 options of lighting: day time, relax and night, are very well thought as you do not need to decide which light to switch on or off. The breakfast is awesome with fresh yogurt, fruits, made to order omelette and sparkling wine too.

You can see the cathedral from the terrace of the accommodation, but the terrace door was not opened for safety, but it was great! And the rooftop had a really good atmosphere, and the staff were all friendly, so I was able to use the hotel comfortably!

The overall building is very old and beautiful, and you can see well-dressed waiters at the door. Service: Butler service is implemented here. When you check in, someone will introduce you to the room alone to introduce the hotel and your room, and will also give you some safety advice such as keeping an eye on your belongings. This was our second stay at this beautiful property, and I was once again blown away by the level of hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel's location is perfect, allowing you to easily walk to all the top attractions, restaurants, and wine bars in the city. The concierge, Xavi, is a true gem. He listened intently to our personal preferences and provided fantastic recommendations, including a wonderful nail salon when I was in need of a manicure. Xavi's restaurant and wine bar suggestions were spot on - we enjoyed some of the best local cuisine and wine during our stay, and have saved those recommendations for future visits. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful historic facade complemented by modern, well-appointed guest rooms and common areas. The amenities are top-notch, ensuring a safe, comfortable and convenient stay. From the luxurious bedding to the high-end toiletries, every aspect of the guest experience is carefully considered. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona, whether it's your first or fifth time in the city. We look forward to returning again soon.

The room is tidy, neat and comfortable; same as those pics on the apps advertisement, the front desk guy is friendly and energetic, our flight was too early on morning, we paid for early check in, the process was clear. People there are all nice and smiley. Everything is considered, they offer welcome drinks/ good umbrellas ready for rainy days.. the location is very good too, 2blocks away fm those famous and nice bunch/ dinner spots;3blocks away fm casa Batllo, walking distances to those famous shopping brands, we walked to La ramble easily, compared to other similar price hotel in Barcelona, this is one of the best, we will definitely put this in our first choice for next time to Barcelona.

This is a hotel renovated from a historic building designed by Gaudi. It has a very good sense of design and is absolutely in the city center, 5 minutes walk from Casa Mila. The breakfast is very good, but the only drawback is that the breakfast room is on the basement floor. You must order a drink at the rooftop bar and sit down to enjoy the beautiful sunset. There are endless delicious foods around, and many require reservations. You need to pay special attention to safety in Spain. Thefts and even robberies have occurred frequently. It is best not to bring valuables, try to use credit cards, and it is best to lock your passport and ID in the safe in the hotel room.
