公寓位置很好，房間也很棒，有4個西班牙陽台，外面街道乾乾淨淨，近海灘和地鐵站，大教堂等等獎景點都可步行。

房間很乾凈，每天換浴巾，近海邊，到海灘很方便。不是酒店，而是民宿，沒有夜間服務，也沒有大堂。前台衹有一個工作人員，每天工作時間是10點到18點，如果不是在這個時間段入住的話就得到附近的一家酒店拿房卡，工作人員把房卡放在那裡託管。衹有1樓（0層是酒吧）是這個運營商的，我訂的是海景房，但是看不到海，衹能看到停靠很多船的避風港，這個體驗有點差。整棟樓房有5層，但客人上不去頂樓，所以攜程裏面那些擺設在頂樓看海的人圖片是假象，你根本不可能上去。避風港周邊的酒店是宰客的，千萬別去吃，又貴又難吃。
