WORST stay ever! Be warned, this is a dirty, broken down Hostel, not a hotel. Beds were hard, towels smelled stale, sheets were thin, the subway ran under the building and made vibrations and noise almost continuously. Bus stop and busy road outside also causing continuous noise. The decaying shape of the interior was deteriorating greatly with plaster peeling off the ceiling and walls. Tiles were coming up from the floor and stained as if they'd never been cleaned. Our bathroom had a broken mirror and burned out light bulbs. They didn't supply soap for the shower, but have a soap dispenser next to the sink. The room was really cold (we visited in February) and air was coming in through the cracks in the windows. There are many rooms with three or four beds, so the breakfast area gets over-crowded. The breakfast is mainly carbs - cake, muffins, cereals, croissants, and breads. Ham and cheese is also served, as well as mandarin oranges, coffee, tea, juices and milk-no eggs. The staff doled out 4 containers of plain yogurt per morning and if you missed those, tough luck. The front desk was never staffed. Truly one of the most miserable stays I've ever experienced.
