A fantastic 4-star hotel! While not in the city center, it's incredibly convenient for commuting, with bus and metro stations nearby. The hotel's facilities are very modern, the staff provides excellent service, and the environment is lovely. On the first day, we received complimentary welcome mineral water and two drink vouchers. The outdoor swimming pool is a good size – not too big, not too small – perfect for a quick workout during your trip. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when you visit Barcelona! 🏨

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but public transportation is quite convenient. The room itself had several shortcomings in terms of both hardware and service: the space was small, the bed size was narrow, and there was no electric kettle provided. The central air conditioning had poor cooling performance, and staff would even turn off the AC without permission. Housekeeping was passive; they wouldn't clean the room unless explicitly asked, and didn't proactively inform guests about their cleaning policy. Breakfast was the same every single day with no variety. Disposable slippers were not provided at all during my stay. For drinking water, I only received two 330ml bottles on the first day of check-in, with no replenishment for subsequent nights. Overall, the stay was just average.

Looks like a new hotel. The surroundings are spacious, but if you arrive earlier than the check-in time, the room might not be cleaned yet, and you'll have to wait in the lobby until a room becomes available.

What kind of four-star hotel is this? Their stinginess might even put a roadside motel to shame. Service gets a big fat zero. The room had absolutely no hotel essentials. Anything you could think of, they didn't provide. No toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers. And they call themselves a four-star hotel? I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for things. The front desk clerk was an older man with dark skin, and he was full of lies. His attitude was terrible. 'You're telling me your hotel really doesn't have slippers?' I asked if they had slippers. He said they don't provide them... I asked if they had toothbrushes. He said they were out of toothbrushes and toothpaste and wouldn't have any until the next morning. What about combs and shower caps? He said they only had toothpaste and toothbrushes... These things aren't expensive, are they? Did guests just take them? By the way, there's no kettle in the room. I don't really mind, but if you want to boil water, and if you're upset about the front desk lying about not having slippers and only providing toothbrushes the next day, then you might want to reconsider this place. And the service is pretty bad. Most of the staff are indifferent. They wouldn't even give milk with coffee, making you buy it separately. €2.75 for one cup... The only warm people were other tourists, haha.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 6-8 minute walk from Fira metro station, and a quick 20-30 minute metro ride into central Barcelona, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors, so the stay should have been very comfortable. However, what's baffling and frustrating is that despite booking a three-night stay, we were only provided with two bottles of water on the first day. When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that these two bottles were our entire allocation for the three nights, and any additional water would need to be purchased from the vending machine at the front desk. This extreme cost-cutting measure feels incredibly petty and is a stark contrast to the hotel's otherwise high-quality facilities, which is truly disappointing.
