It's the first time I've ever sent an accommodation that receives management fees. The extra accrued amount is too much. Feeling cheated for an unexpected amount... (8 euros + city tax) x number of people x number of nights. The bathroom is said to be a private bathroom, so I thought it was in the room, but I had to go out into the hallway to use it, and even though it was small, it was too small. There are too many small rules to follow, and this is the first time I've been to an accommodation that operates in this way. The hotel charge extra expenses TOO much about 70€. And we had to pay by cash because they want to pay less tax. There are so many rules… I've never seen accommodation operate like this.

If you want to be groped, humiliated and lied to, come to Saint Antoni Hostal! The breakfast is miserable, they give you as much as they want, if you have to use their kitchen they kick you out or make you pay extra. They collected a deposit of 100 euros, not clear for what, which they did not return.We were insulted, bitter and lied to.

Fraud! Be aware that this is very small hostel (not a hotel) and the toilets are not in the room (not clean either). The management is bad and does not care about guests or their own reputation. Most reviews online are paid in order to keep getting more victims to be taken advantage of!

Le plus : emplacement, juste à côté du métro Urgel, parking payant, coin repas avec possibilité de réchauffage (micro ondes, bouilloire...), Petit déjeuner inclus, wifi et frigo dans la chambre. Le moins : Petite chambre ne correspondant pas aux jolies photos du site (besoin d'être refaite), pas de télé, salle de bain privative mais dans le couloir et de petite taille, caution de 300euros non signalé sur le site de location et nous sommes prévenus après la réservation et le paiement sur site internet.

La estancia fue excelente, todos fueron muy corteses. Para nuestro gusto las almohadas eran algo duras, pero todo lo demás fue perfecto. La limpieza, la ubicación y la entrada fueron ideales. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

Purtroppo siamo rimasti davvero delusi. La camera era un buco! Io e il mio compagno facevamo fatica a muoverci in 2! Le lenzuola logore e non perfettamente pulite,la coperta nell armadio era piena di capelli di altri ospiti suppongo! Ci hanno chiesto 6€ per un telo viso a persona e un miniscolo telo bidet da usare in 2! Un giorno non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia calda! vi immaginate come ci si sente a tornare la sera dopo aver girato per tutto il giorno e non potersi fare una doccia calda???? La colazione nella media,il personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Non pretendevano un servizio di lusso ma le basi di accoglienza che sono la pulizia,la comodità e il diritto a potersi fare una doccia calda sono alla base del mondo alberghiero. Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Desaconsejable totalmente. Los precios son abusivos. Cuando llegas te hacen pagar unos gastos de gestión, en efectivo, que todavía no se a que se deben pues la tasa turística ya la pagas también. Total te alojas en una pensión a precio de hotel de 3 estrellas. El cuarto de baño, se va la luz cuando de estas duchando y se sale todo el agua fuera, no tiene plato de ducha, todo el suelo se inunda, y sales con toallas por el suelo empapado, suerte que era verano y nos "regalaron el aire acondicionado, que también supuestamente teníamos que pagar. Un desastre. Sin pueden busquen otro sitio para dormir. Lo único que se salva era la amabilidad de las trabajadoras de allí.

Hotel molto accogliente e bello, colazione ricca e gustosa per iniziare la giornata. Ma istruzioni su come lasciare la camera e per rifarsi dare la cauzione poco chiare dovrebbero essere espresse meglio in modo da fare capire come dover lasciare la stanza e non rischiare di perdere i 200 euro di cauzione. Nel complesso buon hotel visto anche la sua posizione centrale
