The location is close to Barceloneta, near El Raval where the area is not very posh but still I felt safe because it's close to the police station.
It is tucked away in a small alley so it's ultra quite. The aesthetics is nice, it feels like a chic resort by the beach, though obviously it's far from the beach. The rooms are nice, just enough space. The staff are amazing and friendly. Price is relatively high for what it is.

Terrible service. Worst hotel experience ever. Front desk personnel was very rude and not accommodating at all.
Definitely never coming back and not recommending.
So many other nice options in Barcelona at similar cost.

The room is on the first floor, there is no soundproofing, the water from the neighbors is noisy, boiling water costs 2€, leaving things costs 1€, the service is weak
