It's a very old building. Fortunately, there are windows. The toilet is public. The environment is good and the breakfast is acceptable. However, the price is really outrageous. In mid-September, because of some conference in Barcelona, the price increased to 1,310 yuan, so I couldn't help it. Give it 5 points. The front desk's English is not very fluent. It would be better to communicate in Spanish.

The breakfast was good. The location was OK. The residential area outside the window was a bit shabby. The hotel would leave bread for late guests, which was very considerate. A reminder: Late guests must contact the hotel in advance, otherwise they will not be able to enter the door. This kind of hotel is not open 25 hours a day. I waited outside for a long time until a guest inside heard me and opened the door, otherwise I would have to live on the street.

The hotel is very well located, it is a historic hotel with an unusual elevator.

The hotel entrance was charming with marble stairs, decorated staircase, old fashioned cage lift. The room was very cute with painted detail. Staff were pleasant and communication was excellent before and during the stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was really delicious with all the typical fare you would expect in Barcelona (jamon, cold meats, cheese, Spanish omelette, bread, tomato, olive oil, pastries, espresso) plus all the regular stuff (juice, cereal, yoghurt, tea, toast). The location was ideal - close enough to all the action to be walkable, but far enough away that it wasn't too noisy. Note: they only provide shower gel which doubles as shampoo and isn't good for long hair - if you have long hair definitely take hair conditioner

It’s a good hostel, clean and central. However, the walls are so thin that you hear everyone coming and going. It’s not the place to get a good night’s rest. I have been woken up by this, and also by staff. Not recommend for people with light sleep

Beautiful and period style rooms, clean, with all the services, friendly staff, very central location. Good breakfast. Good value for money. An excellent solution for staying in the center of Barcelona! There is also an agreement with public parking 200 meters away.
