We arrived at 10am, the reception told us that our room would be ready at 3pm. Arrived on site at 3pm, the room was still not ready. We got our room more than an hour and 45 minutes late without any commercial gesture. The staff is not at all pleasant and compassionate. 

A pitfall. Friends who want to book this hotel, be careful! Because of the good location, we booked three rooms in this hotel, but we were treated badly for no reason. On August 21 and 22, the front desk clerk had a weird face. We clearly booked a double room, but they claimed that their system did not receive it, and then said that there was no room at all, and ignored the intervention and coordination of Ctrip customer service. Friends who were traveling with me were busy running between the hotel and the designated parking lot ten minutes away on foot to park. As a result, they were charged 48 hours for less than 24 hours of parking. If you drive yourself, you must pay with the parking card when you check in, and don't wait until you check out. I have complained.
